Bate Bate Chocolate - Quinto Grado
Fifth graders continued their cooking project making chocolate caliente méxicano (Mexican hot chocolate). They had to calentar (heat) la leche y el chocolate until it melted and then batir (beat) the mixture until it became frothy. The final touch was a bit of canela (cinnamon) and chile en polvo (chili powder).
