Salsas Verdes y Rojas - Sexto y Octavo Grados
Sixth and eighth graders made two different salsas this week - red and green. Students were divided into groups and each group made one of the salsas. The tomatillos (green tomatoes) were the most foreign vegetable of the ingredients. All in all, the students were very pleased with their salsas.
